About Us
Freestyle Martial Arts Southam is a contemporary blend of four leading martial art styles Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing.
We specialise in dedicated classes for children and adults looking to improve confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration while at the same time improving fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-control.
Freestyle Martial Arts also offer all ages and abilities the opportunity to explore and develop personal safety training, and self-defence, which can greatly help resist bullying and peer pressure.

Adrian White (3rd Dan)
Mr. White is the Chief Instructor for Southam and has been training in Freestyle Martial Arts since 2017. He has been a qualified instructor since 2023 and is a qualified grading examiner.
All Freestyle Martial Arts Instructors are fully qualified, DBS and Safeguarding Code certified, fully insured, and professionally first aid trained for quality assurance and peace of mind.
